    摘要深海调查绞车是深海调查仪器投放和回收的特种甲板设备,它在深海取样、CTD 调查等工作中起到了很重要的作用。传统的调查绞车已不能满足现代深海科研的要求,因此对于绞车的材料、性能、使用寿命有了更加详细的要求。在深海调查绞车的设计过程中,卷筒的选择对于设备的正常使用,稳定运行,维护费用、功率消耗等有重要影响。

    绞车的失效往往造成科研事业的停工检修,使调查科研无法顺利进行,其中卷筒的失效是影响绞车工作的最重要因素之一。因此,针对现有卷筒存在的问题对卷筒进行可靠性设计和有限元分析,研究其失效机理,建立失效故障树,并分析其组件在工作条件下的应力应变的特点,对于改进其结构减轻重量及提高其工作寿命是很有意义的。本文主要作了以下工作:
