    摘要为了促进和改善通风与空调工程施工技术水平,节约能源,减少环境污染,清洁,以满足高标准的智能控制通风和空调的要求,国家标准通风与空调工程从生产,安装,调试和测试各方面的工程施工质量验收规范都做出了详细规定,其中一个重要的方法是用来测试风管制作安装质量:空调风管系统测试的严密性。测试的风管系统的空气泄漏量不只是风管加工生产,安装质量的提高,并在泄漏控制系统运行时间,节约了能源,降低消耗具有重要的意义。21673
    通风空调风管系统严密性是空调系统安装的反射质量的重要措施。除了风管系统漏风测试,以提高风管加工生产,安装,而且在运行控制系统中的泄漏,节约能源,减少消费过程的质量。过去在管道安装和通风空调系统的设备制造,因为接缝不严和漏风量往往高达10%的总送风系统的〜10%。亏损的功耗引起的泄漏风量往往被忽视。如果不限制泄漏的空气量,在空调中所造成的损失的功率消耗是相当大的。
    对于一个高质量的通风空调净化系统,不但要有高质量的空调设备、自控设备相匹配,还必须要有施工质量高的风管系统和水管系统做保证。在现场施工安装风管系统和工厂机械化生产风管中,如何鉴别风管承压(低、中、高压)后的严密性和耐压强度(即耐压变形量),已成为现行国标《通风与空调工程施工质量验收规范》GB 50243—2002和2004年出台的《通风管道施工技术规程》中主控项目的要求。本论文提供了具有可操作性强的检测手段和准确数据,以便能够实施“规范”中所限定的允许指标之内,从而大大提高了施工的质量,将以往风管系统任意漏风浪费能量的弊病得到进一步改进,对于推动提高我国的施工技术水平,有着重要的现实意义。
    在正文中,对于施工后的系统,进行了漏风量的测试系统设计,从理论到实践,将公式和专用的测试仪器结合起来,选取合理的位置及测点,进行测量和记录。对于漏风量超过规范的测点,找出原因,并加以改善。
