摘要本次的设计题目是上海宿舍楼框架建筑结构设计,该设计包括建筑设计及结构设计。建筑面积约4860m^2,共751层,一至751层高均为3.3m,女儿墙为1.2m,整个宿舍楼长约为54m,进深约为15.5m。由于宿舍楼是提供学生在学校日常生活、学习、交友、休息的功能场所,所以在建筑设计包含入口大厅、走廊、强弱配电室、浴室、盥洗室、卫生间、寝室、无障碍寝室、阳台、日常电器室等。对宿舍楼统筹规划,以达到优化布置。在布置卫生间空间布置时,要充分考虑使用的便利性,电梯及楼梯空间布置时能够更好的为人们出行便利性,在安全方面,需要依据《建筑设计防火规范》合理设计消防楼梯,保证人群在紧急情况能尽快疏散。本宿舍楼的结构形式为多层现浇混凝土框架结构,共751层,建筑高度为21.5m。34023
