秦皇岛市是我国最早开放的沿海城市之一，为了加快北戴河城市的发展，加快城市旅游业的发展，加快建设宜业宜游宜住的“三宜型”城市发展理念，进行北戴河市新区发展。北戴河市新区发展建设一自然生态为基础以现代的服务业为支柱，建设中国一流的旅游休闲度假区。为了响应北戴河的新区发展规划，现将原厂址进行北戴河特色居住区规划设计。

北戴河x地块建设项目规划与设计
第一章 绪论
1.1现状概况
原秦皇岛市的北戴河整流器厂位于北戴河海宁路以西、小寨薄荷村东南。由于原厂地是建在高低不平的山地上，地面的高低不平给小区的建设造成了一定的困难。并且地面的左侧方向比右侧方高出了数米，形状呈由西向东狭长发展的不规则梯形。小区外围被2条规划道路以及海宁路包围，交通非常通畅，给出行带来了极大的便利。
