摘要:随着进入21世纪以及经济的快速发展,中国城市越来越多的建筑已经到了建筑的设计的使用年限,且许多上世纪混凝土结构建筑已不再适应目前新功能的要求,随之而来的是一股建筑文修和加固改造潮。对于混凝土板构件的常规加固方法有增大截面法、体外预应力法、粘贴钢板法等方法;对于新方法更多的是新材料、新工艺的开发,比较新颖的方法有粘贴纤文复合材法、碳纤文布复合法等,例如芳纶纤文(AFRP)等聚合物纤文材料的发明被用于加固领域。41070
本文首先对钢筋混凝土板构件的常规方法和新方法进行了论述,结合混凝土加固相关规范介绍了目前常用的加固方法的设计规定、加固计算理论公式以及构造规定等,之后通过工程案例对各加固方法进行计算分析研究和对比,然后根据加固方法的安全性、经济性、实用性、加固施工及材料费用、施工环境、施工所投入的时间和人力以及抗腐蚀、耐久性等多方面进行深入考虑和分析。最后根据不同施工环境来采取最优的加固方法,争取能为工程应用提供有益的参考。
