1.摘要本设计为上海颛桥镇141地块22号楼(12层住宅)结构施工图与信息化设计,结构型式为现浇钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构,地上十三层,地下一层,高度为42.335米。建筑采用剪力墙结构,此结构相比框架结构的优势在于,剪力墙结构承受竖向荷载及水平荷载的能力都较大,整体性好,侧向刚度大,水平力作用下侧向位移小,并且由于没有梁、柱等外露与凸出,便于房间内部布置。建筑总体型比较规则,规则的体型不但便于施工,而且有利于结构抗震。46939

建筑设计过程主要包括方案的确定和建筑制图。
结构设计过程包括结构方案的确定、结构计算、结构配筋、结构布置和结构制图。
结构方案确定后进行结构计算,学习并运用通用建筑结构设计软件——PKPM建立模型、进行上部结构的整体计算。
依据设计方案按制图标注绘制了建筑施工图。
依据计算结果按制图标准绘制了结构施工图。
