摘要：本次毕业设计题目为上海君莲生活小区休闲楼建筑与结构设计。设计内容包括建筑 设计、结构设计。本设计主体为六层：底层层高 4.2 米，其余层均为 3.6 米，建筑面积近
乎 5200 平方米，室内外高差 0.45 米，功能上满足人们休闲娱乐的需求，充分利用有限的68713
空间使布局更加合理。本工程采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，抗震设防烈度 7 度，基础采用柱 下独立基础，楼梯采用板式楼梯。结构计算分为手算与电算两部分，其中手算包括：一榀 框架的结构计算，楼梯的计算，楼板的计算。电算部分采用 pkpm 结构设计软件进行分析 计算。
通过毕业设计，综合四年来所学的知识，使我的专业知识得到很大的提高，为将来的工 作打下坚实的基础。

Abstract:The graduation project design for the Shanghai Junlian living area leisure building construction and structural design. Design includes architectural design, structural design. The design of the main body for the six: the bottom layer of 4.2 meters high, the remaining layers are 3.6 meters, the building area of nearly 5200 square meters, indoor and outdoor height difference of 0.45 meters, the function to meet the needs of leisure and entertainment, make full use of limited space to layout More reasonable. The project uses reinforced concrete frame structure, seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees, the basis of the column under the independent base, staircase with a staircase. The structure calculation is pided into two parts: the calculation of the frame, the calculation of the stairs, the calculation of the floor. Calculated part of the computer using pkpm structural design software for analysis and calculation.
Through graduation design, integrated four years of knowledge, so that my professional knowledge has been greatly improved for future work to lay a solid foundation.
