设计总说明近年来,随着改革开放的深入,西安的经济发展和城市建设突飞猛进,越来越多的民用建筑配置了集中空调系统,数量逐年增加。而空调冷热源的能耗及使用成本占整个集中空调系统的60~70%,不同冷热源方案的差别也很大,随之带来的日趋严重的能耗和环境问题一直是业内人士关注的焦点。所以空调冷热源方案的选择和评估已经成为空调系统设计过程中的一个重要环节,同时也是设计工作者和业主经常碰到的问题。48407
本文介绍和分析了目前常用的各种空调冷热源设备的优缺点、适用条件及调节特性的基础上,提供了常用的空调冷热源方案的组合,针对西安市提出了现阶段的常用冷热源方案,并介绍了空调冷热源的影响因素及一些选择方法。接来下以西安市某图书馆为例,首先借助软件进行了空调负荷的计算分析,根据对目前冷热源配置状况的调查以及空调负荷的特点,在排除了明显不满足条件的方案之后,提出了四种代表性的冷热源组合方案。结合西安市目前的能源结构、环境状况,对各方案的全年能耗、初投资、年运行费用、社会效益等多个技术经济指标进行了计算比较,并且进行了经济性评价,论述了能耗及制冷剂对环境的影响。
在综合决策上对各个方案进行综合评价,从而得出结论:评估时须全面衡量,具体问题具体分析,尽可能减少盲目性和主观性;常规电制冷冷水机组仍处于优势地位;在缺水、干燥或机房面积紧张的地区,如果满足一定的室外气象条件,可考虑使用空气源热泵:直燃机较为环保,但是节电不节能,在一定的条件下可稳步发展。
最后,关于空调冷热源的发展方向以及今后进一步的工作进行了简要的讨论。

So the selection and evaluation of air conditioning system has become an important part of the design process of the air conditioning system, and it is also a problem that designers and owners often meet.
This paper introduces and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used in a variety of air conditioning cold and heat source equipment, applicable conditions and regulation characteristics based on provides a combination of commonly used air conditioning cold and heat source schemes, put forward at this stage of the common cold and heat source schemes in Xi'an City, and the influence factors of air conditioning cold and heat source and the selection method is introduced. Fetch a library of Xi'an city as an example, first of all, with the help of software are analyzed and the calculation of air conditioning load, according to the survey of cold and heat source distribution and air conditioning load features, after exclusion of obviously does not meet the conditions of the scheme proposed four representative of cold and heat source schemes. With Xi'an city the current energy structure, environmental conditions, the plan of annual energy consumption, initial investment, operating cost, social benefits, such as multiple technical and economic indexes were calculated and compared, and the economic evaluation, discusses the effect of energy consumption and the refrigerant to the environment.
