【摘要】:本建筑是位于上海市的教学楼。建筑面积约5885m2,共八层,一层层高为4.5m,二至五层层高为4.2m。整个办公楼长约57m,共设有楼梯两个。在结构设计部分,采用箱型柱,H型钢梁,楼梯采用钢楼梯,隔墙采用轻质砌块以及轻钢龙骨隔墙。结构上采用5横7纵的柱布置,因为该楼在沿横轴方向细长,多数柱采用350×400箱型柱,特殊部位需加强处采用更大尺寸柱。因为楼层会发生扭转,所以在部分柱间加入支撑以加强局部刚度。该楼主要功能为教学,建筑设计包含办公室、教室、卫生间等。平面上对各个房间进行全面地考虑,统筹规划,结构造型上打破传统造型,采用不规则的L型,达到视觉上的美观效果。在卫生间、办公室等的空间布置时,要充分考虑使用的便利性,让建筑的实用性达到最大程度的表达。在安全方面,需要依据《建筑设计防火规范》合理设计消防楼梯,保证人群在紧急情况能尽快疏散。本大楼的结构形式为钢结构体系,建筑高度为21.3m。48406

Abstract: This building is located in the teaching building of Shanghai. The construction area is about 5885 m2, a total of five storeys, a layer of high 4.5m, five to two storeys high 4.2m.
