摘要拟建中的中国工商银行苏州分行大楼位于苏州工业园区南施街与旺墩路交叉口西北角,西侧及北侧均为河道(未修筑驳岸),地处苏州工业园区金融区。本工程建(构)筑物包括1幢22层(局部15层)主楼(设有3层地下室)、和主楼北侧的4~5层裙房(3层地下室)及与其相通的外扩3层外扩纯地下室组成。基坑面积约为20000m2,周长约为580m。52538
结合本工程地质、环境、挖深等诸多因素,由此分成两段确定安全可靠的支护方案;为基坑土方开挖和地下室施工创造一个安全干燥的施工环境;基坑采用深层搅拌桩止水,排水沟排水。土层锚杆作为一种较新的工程技术,将会更广泛地运用到工程实践中,其具有较高的科学性、使用性,且施工方便,不占场地。根据周边情况和土层信息的不同,北侧和西侧为河道,南面和东面为道路,所以分成两个不同的截面进行计算。
设计的主要内容有支护方案的选择、钻孔灌注桩的设计与计算、土钉及锚杆的计算、基坑的止水和施工组织设计。
