摘要本工程为金鹰百货商场的设计。该建筑物的总建筑高度为15.4m,长度为45.9m,宽度为 22.5m,总建筑面积3098.25m2,共 3层,建筑体型为矩形。每层层高均为4.8m,室内外高差为0.45m。该建筑物的设防烈度为7度,场地特征周期为0.15g,建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类,地面粗糙度B类。
建筑的设计部分包括:结构选型,平面设计,立面设计,建筑的防火和疏散。
结构计算部分是重点内容。这部分计算主要包括:在用底部剪力法求出水平地震作用后,利用D值法完成了水平地震作用下的一榀框架的内力组合计算。采用弯矩二次分配法分别完成了恒载和活载作用下的内力计算。接着对框架内力进行组合,得出框架梁柱的控制内力,进而完成了梁柱截面的配筋计算。此外还包括楼梯设计,基础设计等。最后利用PKPM进行电算,将计算结果与计算书中计算的结果进行比较,分析出现差异的原因,最后完成施工图绘制。52601

Abstract
This project is the design of a synthesis market. The total construction of the building height is 15.4m, length 45.9m, width 22.5m, total construction area of 3098.25m2, a total of 3 layers, building size rectangle. On each storey of 4.8m, indoor and outdoor height difference of 0.45m. Fortification intensity of the building was 7 degrees, the site characterization cycle 0.15g construction site classification as Class Ⅱ, Class B of the surface roughness.
The part of building design includes:the choice of the framework,the design of plane,the design of vertical surface,the problem of peventing fire and the dispersing of the building.
Structural calculation part is the key content .In the calculation of the book include: After the horizontal earthquake is calculated by the bottom-shear method, the Value D method is applied to calculate the stress of a frame under horizontal earthquake. Then the stress under vertical dead load and the most adverse-arrange live load is calculated by the double-moment-pided method. Then combinate the frame internal force to get control internal force of frame beam column then complete the beams reinforcement calculation of cross section.Besides, the calculation of the book include the design of stairs and foundation. Finally PKPM electrically calculation, the calculation results calculated by the calculation of book compare the results, analyze reasons for differences.
