摘要本设计为上海颛桥镇141地块老年康复中心建筑与结构设计,结构型式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,地上三层,地下一层。高度为21.15米。建筑总体型比较规则,规则的体型不但便于施工,而且有利于结构抗震。
设计内容主要为建筑和结构设计。
建筑设计过程主要包括方案的确定和建筑制图。
结构设计过程包括结构方案的确定、结构计算和结构制图。
结构方案确定后进行结构计算,学习并运用通用建筑结构设计软件——PKPM建立模型、进行上部结构的整体计算。
依据设计方案按制图标注绘制了建筑施工图。50048
