摘要:本工程位于南京市栖霞区南京信息职业技术学院内,拟建建筑共5层,高18.75米,建筑面积约3200平方米。针对本工程主要进行了建筑与结构两方面的设计。建筑设计中针对宿舍楼的特殊性和功能性,除了在建筑内布置宿舍、浴室、卫生间等基本功能区块外,还布置了门卫室、活动室、开水间等区块。根据任务书要求,除编写了建筑总说明外,还完成了正立面图、侧立面图、剖面图、楼梯详图以及各标准层建筑平面图的绘制。结构设计中根据任务书要求依次完成了PKPM建模、sap2000内力分析、一榀框架设计、基础设计、楼梯设计、中间层楼板设计、次梁设计。并依据软件电算结果绘制了平面布置图、楼板配筋图、梁柱结构施工图、基础布置图及配筋图、楼梯配筋图,并编写了计算书以及设计说明。50047

Abstract:The project is located in Qixia District, Nanjing City, Nanjing College of Information Technology, the proposed construction of a total of 5, 18.75 meters high, construction area of about 3200 square meters.
