摘要: 本设计为汤臣高尔夫别墅改建加固设计。总建筑面积515.09平方米,结构层数为3层。原为砖混结构,现因装修布局调整,原部分承重墙体需拆除,并考虑到抗震性能的改善,需改造为框架结构房屋。结构加固设计的设计内容,主要包括结构方案的确定、结构计算、加固方案分析和结构制图。结构方案的确定主要是根据原结构图与现建筑图,进行新旧方案的对比,确定结构梁柱平面布置。结构计算包括利用EXCEL等办公软件进行荷载计算与使用PKPM结构计算软件进行建模计算。加固部分考虑扩建部分地基的加固处理与原结构梁柱的加固方案。梁板柱的加固手段选择增大截面加固法、外包型钢加固法、粘贴钢板加固法与粘贴碳纤维加固法。结构制图内容包括原结构构件拆除图、地基基础加固图、上层结构加固平面布置图与加固详图。57342

The rebuild and strengthening design of Tomson Golf Villa
Abstract: This is the rebuild and strengthening design of Tomson Golf Villa. The total structure area is 515.09 square meters, structure layer to layer 3. Originally of brick-concrete structure, now because of the adjustment of the layout of the decoration, the original part of the load-bearing walls be removed, and taking into account seismic performance improvements needed reform to frame structure. The strengthening design, including the determination of structure scheme, structure calculation,reinforcement analysis and structural drawings. Structure scheme is mainly based on the existing structures diagram and new architectural drawings, comparing two programme, determine the structure beam-column layout. Structural calculations, including using EXCEL and other Office software for load calculation and modeling calculation with PKPM calculation software. Reinforcing part consist of extension Foundation reinforcement and the reinforcement of the original beam-column. Strengthening means of concretes with increasing section area, externally wrapped steel section ,bonded steel plate and bonded carbon fiber. Structure drawing content including the original structural
elements dismantled, and Foundation reinforcement layout, superstructure and reinforcement detailing.
