摘要:本课题为一个团队课题,由进度、成本、质量控制三部分组成,共由三名组员分别主要负责不同部分,由本人负责质量控制。在建筑工程中,工程质量问题长久以来人们关注的焦点,它影响着工程本身的财产安全。随着科技的不断发展,以及工程信息工具和建筑材料的改进创新,工程质量的问题在逐步解决,但新的问题也在不断萌发。例如施工方法不按照规范行事,机械的使用不规范,各工种施工的工序安排存在问题等影响工程质量的因素。52814
本次莲花公寓虚拟构造工程,根据建筑和结构图纸用Revit进行建模,利用Revit建模的可视化、协调性、模拟性,在建模过程中可以使设计师发现设计过程中可能出现的问题,对工程造价,进度有效的改良,基于BIM的虚拟施工可以模拟施工环境,使施工次序得到科学的安排,同时依靠BIM模型能够进行高效精准的信息传递,使得质量管理更加的高效,全面与完整。在使用BIM模型进行质量控制后,质量检查具有结构化的特点,数据导入BIM系统后会进行整理和分类,形成清单和报表,将工程的各个方面更直观的展现给管理者,有利于管理者的定性,定量分析,进行有效决策和精细化管理,从而达到利用BIM减少施工变更,缩短工期、控制成本、提升质量的目的。

BIM Model Building and Quality Control
Abstract:This topic for a team project, the progress, cost and quality control of three parts, a total of three team members responsible for different parts, I'm in charge of the quality control. In the construction engineering, engineering quality problem has long been the focus of attention, it affects the property safety. With the development of science and technology, engineering information tools and building materials to improve innovation, engineering quality problems gradually have been solved, but new problems are germination. Such as, construction method is not acted on the specification, the use of machinery, construction process to arrange each job problems, these factors influence on the quality of the project.
The lotus apartment virtual construction project, according to the architectural and structural drawings using Revit to build, visualization, coordination, simulation of using Revit modeling, in the process of modeling can make designers find possible problems, the project cost, schedule and effective improvement, virtual construction can simulate the construction environment, the arrangement of the scientific construction order, and at the same time rely on BIM model can be efficient and accurate information transmission, make quality management more efficient. After using BIM model for quality control, quality inspection, has the characteristics of structured data, managers of qualitative and quantitative analysis, decision-making and fine management, effectively reducing the use of BIM amount change in construction, shorten the construction period, cost control, improve the quality.
