摘要：本次设计的课题为：本次设计为一个团队设计，模型建立阶段由 4 名同学共同完成，本人负责的是 5#楼的土建，钢筋建模，在计算设计阶段，本人负责施工进度计划的 编制，并编写脚手架和模板的专项方案。通过鲁班 plan 软件将进度计划与模型、造价相 关联，完成施工过程的 5D 模拟，通过模拟可读出施工的每个阶段其造价和工程量，直观 方便，为项目管理人员进行施工过程管理提供依据张江东久 2-5#楼基于 BIM 的施工过程 管理，课题的主要任务是运用 BIM 技术完成对张江东久 2-5#楼项目的建模、施工平面图 的布置、编写施工进度计划以及施工过程的 5D 模拟。设计所应用的软件主要有鲁班软件 中的鲁班钢筋、鲁班土建、鲁班 plan、鲁班场布、鲁班 MC 以及 Microsoft Project。68704
