    摘要由于张家港市飞跃的经济发展,经有关上级部门研究批准同意将原船厂改建为以散货为主兼顾件杂货的深水泊位。本设计是在此背景下进行的。该港水陆交通发达,有福姜沙天然屏障。码头前沿高程为7.86m,前沿水深为12.15m,码头长189m,宽22.5m。由于工程所在地处于长江中下游,受潮流影响水位差不大,结构型式采用了梁板式高桩码头。在结构计算时对结构型式进行了合理的简化,并对面板、横梁、纵梁、靠船构件进行受力和配筋计算。码头面板为叠合板,按双向板计算。本设计普通纵梁按五跨刚性支撑连续梁计算;轨道梁,横梁使用水运工程设计系列软件计算,其中横梁配筋计算按照深弯构件计算。在计算过程中对桩基极限承载力、单桩承载能力进行了验算,计算结果均符合设计要求。最后,对配筋计算结果按制图标准进行施工图的绘制。62296

    Abstract

    With the fast development of economic of zhangjiagang city, the relevant superior departments agree with the original shipyard converting to deep-water berths of giving priority to bulk with break-bulk. This design was conducted in this context. The port of land and water transportation is developed, blessed with natural barrier of FuJiangsha. The terminal front elevation is 7.86m. The terminal front water depth is 7.73m.The length of the berth is 189m while the width is 22.5m. Because the project is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river, and the difference affected by the trend of the water is low, structure adopted beam plate piled wharf. A reasonable simplification is carried out in the structural calculations, and the force and reinforcement of panels, beam, longeron and berthing member calculated by software of the force and reinforcement calculation of ship component. Terminal panels are laminated boards,calculated by two-way slabs. In the design,stringers are considered as rigid support continuous beams. Track beam, beam using the software of a series of water transport engineering design. The reinforcement calculation of beam calculated by deep bending. In addition, check computations of ultimate bearing capacity of pile foundations are done in the process of calculation. Calculation results are in line with the requirements. Finally, building drawings are drawn in accordance with cartographic standards and the results reinforcedconstruction.
