    摘要港口是水陆联运的枢纽,国际贸易量的90%是通过水路运输(主要是海运)和港口来完成的,对区域经济的发展起着非常重要的作用。码头是港口的重要组成部分,供船舶停靠、装卸货物和上下旅客。本次毕业设计选在钦州港,钦州港拥有优越的建港条件,背靠大西南,面向东南亚,地理位置十分优越,是我国大西南内陆出海距离最短的深水良港,也是西南物资出海的最佳通道。

    随着招商引资规模的不断扩大,钦州港临港产业建设取得突破性进展,钦州港已连续四年吞吐量超设计能力达饱和状态,即将竣工的二期工程亦有稳定的货源。此外,广西沿海地区已被国家列为沿海经济开发区,钦州港被规划为大型临海工业港,钦州港及临海工业的开发建设,使钦州港有稳定的货源。为了适应新形势下的发展,满足集装箱货物运输的增量,现需建造新的集装箱码头。

    本次设计有以下几个主要的方面:港口总平面布置设计,码头结构形式的选择和主要相关尺寸的确定,装卸工艺的设计,码头荷载内力和主要构件的结构计算,包括面板、纵梁、横向排架、桩基、靠船构件以及岸坡稳定等的计算。在结构计算过程中使用易工水运工程计算软件进行计算,其他有关计算使用结构力学求解器等软件。在结构计算后,使用CAD软件绘制码头平面布置图、配筋图及码头各构件施工图。62200

    Abstract Dock is the hinge of water and land transport.90% of international trade is a chieved by sea transport(mainly shipping) and port which plays an important role to the regional economic development . Dock is an important  part of the port , it is used for ship berthing, loading and unloading cargo and passengers up and down. The graduation project selected Qinzhou Port, it has excellent condition of port construction ,and it is backed by the southwest of our country, facing the South-East Asia which is a very advantageous geographic lacation, Qinzhou Port is a deep water port that has the shortest way to go to sea from the southwest inland of our country and also the best path to transport materials to the  sea.

    With the continuous expansion of the scale of investment,the construction of Qinzhou Port  industries had made a breakthrough, Qinzhou Port’s throughput capacity has been up to saturation for four consecutive years that beyond the designed throughput capacity, the second phase project that complete soon also has stable supply. Besides, coastal area of Guangxi has been listed as national coastal economic development zone, Qinzhou Port is planned for large waterfront industrial port, Qinzhou Port and coastal industry’s development and construction make it has stable supply. In order to adapt to the development in the new situation, and meet the increment of container cargo, now we need to build a new container terminal.

    This design has the following main aspects:Port general layout design , selection of dock’s structure type, the determination of main related size, handling technology design,the calculations of  internal forces of load on the port and the structrural calculations of main component,including panels,stringers,transverse bent,pile,berthing member and slope stability calculations.The calculations of structure are based on the EASYDOING software,and other calculations are based on the other softwave like SM solver etc.After fininshing the structural calculations, CAD software is put into use to draw dock layout plan, reinforcement drawings and each dock member construction drawings.
