摘要本工程为办公楼设计, 主要分建筑设计和结构设计两大部分。地处江苏省镇江市,建筑主体部分五层,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,建筑面积4259m2,总高度19.5m,抗震设防烈度为7度。
本次结构设计主要取第七轴框架为代表进行设计。首先确定框架布局,之后根据层间荷载代表值对弹性层间角位移进行验算,之后再求得水平荷载(地震荷载、风荷载)作用下的内力(D值法)和竖向荷载(恒载、活载、重力荷载代表值)作用下的内力(弯矩二次分配法),然后对内力进行组合、调整,最后根据最不利荷载进行配筋计算,之后还有板、楼梯、和基础的配筋,本设计基础采用柱下独立基础和联合基础,楼梯为钢筋混凝土现浇梁式楼梯。
在整个设计的过程中本着安全、适用、经济、美观的要求,综合考虑了结构抗震、使用要求等各种因素,最终解决了建筑物的外观造型、房间布置、内部设施的摆放、建筑材料的选用等关键问题。本设计历时10周,运用大学期间所学各科知识,如房屋建筑学、力学、混凝土结构设计、土力学等诸多书籍,在参考文献方面主要以现行规范为依据进行设计,力求做到理论与现实相结合。53188

Abstract
This works for the office building design, architectural design and structural design of the main points of two parts. Mainly pided into architectural design and structural design. The building is located in Zhenjiang of Jiangsu Province. the main part of the building has five stories and uses the reinforced concrete frame structure, the area of this building is 4259 m2, and the height is 19.5m, and the earthquake intensity of this building is 7 degrees.
The structure designed primarily to take the seventh axis frame design as the representative. First determine the frame layout, checking between the angular displacement of the elastic layer based on layer load representative value. Then obtained the internal forces under the action of horizontal load (seismic load, wind load) with the D value method and the internal forces under the action of vertical load(dead loads, live loads, gravity load representative value) with the moment sistribution method, then combinate and adjust the internal forces. Finally, according to the most unfavorable load to carry on reinforcement calculation.After that there are reinforcement calculation of board, stairs and foundation. The basis of the design using independent foundation under column and joint basis, stairs is cast reinforced concrete beam stairs
The design implements the principles of "practical, security, economic, aesthetic" . Took into account various factors such as seismic requirements and using requirements. Finally Solved the appearance of the building, room layout, placement of internal facilities, Selection of building materials and other key issues. The design which lasted 10 weeks,using knowledge of the many subjects, such as building architecture, mechanics, design of concrete structures, soil mechanics, and many other books. References to the existing norms as a basis for design, and strive to do a combination of theory and reality.
