    摘要:本文中所研究的铁道工程检测与监测项目清单计价系统主要实现铁路桥梁工程检测工程项目以及报价的自动生成、设置修改项目单价、新增检测项目信息等功能,其功能贯穿铁路桥梁工程检测与监测工作的各项方面。本软件是根据桥梁检测工程工作流程,针对其工程所涉及的检测项目,参照《云南省公路工程试验检测收费指导价》对此类项目的定价,以达到检测工程工程量清单计价电算化、检测项目标准化以及数据处理自动化。此外,该软件能按需要轻松修改更新数据库中检测项目的检测方法、单价、检测工作量等内容,使其适应各地区不同的检测规范及物价水平,很好的提高了该软件的适用性和便利性。希望通过利用本软件能标准化检测工程的招投标过程,使检测费用公开透明。67325

    Design of Billing System of Detection Engineering of Railway Engineering-Bridge Engineering

    Abstract: The billing system of detection engineering of railway bridges studied in the paper aims for automatically producing a table of the detection items and its bills of a railway bridge, altering the unit-price of each item, and inserting more detection items with further information into its database, whose functions have close connection to all aspects of detection engineering of railway bridges. Based on the workflow of detecting railway bridges, the software points at the test items involved in the bridge detection engineering and references the fixed price in the Yunnan Province Highway Engineering Test and Detection Charges. Therefore, it achieves the computerization of bills of quantities of detecting railway bridges, the standardization of selecting detection items, and automatization of processing data. Besides, there is a revision interface for upgrading database (such as changing test methods, unit-prices, quantities) easily, which allows that the software fits different standards and charges in various regions. The applicability and convenience of this software has been greatly improved by this revision interface. I hope that we can standardize the process of the bid work of railway bridge detection engineering by promoting this application, and the detection charging procedure will also be accountable to the public.
