摘要:现如今,电子竞技在整个社会中的影响力日益突出,伴随着我国信息技术的发展,电子竞技从一个少数人的爱好发展成为一个正式的体育项目,而作为一个具有广泛社会关注度的新兴产业,政府部门适当地对其引导不仅是可能的,而且是必要的。在韩国,电子竞技这个新兴行业从经济危机中起步,并逐渐在韩国全民中推广,最终实现了足以匹敌韩国整个汽车产业的产值。在韩国电子竞技的腾飞中,韩国政府扮演着举足轻重的角色,他们为了振兴电子竞技设立了负责部门,随着电子竞技产业的发展,不断地修改法律条文,制定阶段性的产业发展规划,提出各项对电子竞技产业的支持政策,逐步将电子竞技作为一项体育项目乃至一种文化在全民中推广。23413
而反观国内,我国的电竞行业在一片质疑声中举步文艰,并经历了许多韩国电子竞技发展过程中类似的问题。韩国电子竞技产业的起步和兴盛都限于中国,本研究从韩国电竞这一成功的案例切入,开辟了政府政策这一新的视角,这对解决我国当前电子竞技产业的问题无疑具有重要的意义。

Title The Power of The Game Kingdom- Enlightenment of South Korea E-sports Management
Abstract
Nowadays, e-sports has become an increasingly important influence in the society as a whole, with the development of information technology in our country, e-sports from a minority hobby development become a formal sports, as a new industry with a broad range of social awareness, of its government departments to properly guide is not only possible, but also is necessary. Esports this emerging industry in South Korea, starting from the economic crisis, and gradually in the south Korean national promotion, finally achieved the rival South Korea the whole auto industry output value. In the rapid development of e-sports in Korea, the south Korean government play an important role, and they set the responsible departments for the revitalization of e-sports, along with the development of e-sports industry, a change in the law is constantly, development stage of industry development planning, put forward the policies for supporting esports industry, gradually will e-sports as a sport and even a kind of culture in the national promotion.
However, the e-sports industry in China in a struggling in doubts, and experienced many in South Korea in the development of e-sports similar problems. Start and prosperity are limited to South Korea e-sports industry of China, this study from South Korea e-sports this successful case, has opened up a new government policy perspective, to solve the problem of the current e-sports industry in China definitely has the vital significance.
