摘要采用文献研究、综合分析、归纳总结等方法,对城市轨道交通的产生和发展进行了研究,阐述了国内外城市轨道交通的发展现状,重大轨道交通事故及其所造成的严重危害;对国内外研究突发情况下城市轨道交通应急管理的相关文献进行了综述;重点研究了突发事件的概念、特点以及突发事件的分类和分级。27019
采用建模仿真的方法,在对图论、复杂网络等相关理论进行研究的基础上,以南京市已开通运行线路及规划线路为例,采用不同的方法进行网络建模,并对网络节点的度分布、网络中任意两点的最短距离、网络连通效率、节点凝聚度等参数进行了统计、计算,对网络节点进行了失效仿真,借此分析了南京市地铁已运行线路及规划线路的连通效率、抗毁性能以及线路中站点的重要性,对城市轨道交通路网建设以及站点突发事件预防、管理提出了一些可行性的建议。
对城市轨道交通应急管理中的应急体系的组成、应急体系的指挥结构、应急管理机制的基本流程等进行了研究和分析,同时,对应急预案的基本概念、应急预案制定原则、应急预案响应流程等进行了详细的阐述。
通过轨道交通突发情况下的乘客行为和心理分析,以及轨道交通的客流特点,通过阅读大量的文献,总结出了应急客流疏散方法,其中包括列车运行调整、利用折返站开行应急临时交路、实施应急公交联动等,并对开展应急公交联动时的列车调度模型进行了深入研究,对开行应急临时交路时的最优疏散路径集进行了建模仿真研究和最优路径求解。

Title Study on emergency mechanism of urban mass transit for unexpected events
Abstract
This paper conducted a study of the emergence and development of urban rail transit through Literature research, comprehensive analysis and summarized, elaborated current development situation of urban rail transit and major rail accidents and their causes; reviewed the aspects of urban rail transit, emergency and emergency management domestic and foreign; it focused on the characteristics and classification and grading rail emergencies.
A network modeling was made in the case of opened lines and planning routes in Nanning on the basis of graph the theory of graph theory, complex networks, complex networks, emergency management, case-based reasoning and other related theories studies, and conducted a simulated network of nodes fail. And analyzed the communication efficiency and performance of invulnerability of opened lines and planning routes in Nanning. Put forward some feasible suggestions to urban rail transit network construction and site emergency prevention, management.
This paper did a research on structure of response system emergency procedures, emergency plans concept, emergency management principles, contingency plans response process in Urban Rail Transit Emergency Management in this paper。
Via the analysis of passenger behavior and psychology during urban mass traffic emergency,And the characteristics of passenger flow in rail transit, proposed the method of Emergency passenger evacuation, which includes train operation adjustment, the use of temporary emergency reentry Station Line Routing and implementation of emergency bus linkage, modeled and simulation and optimal path calculation of optimal evacuation path set open when the emergency temporary Crossing.
