    摘要:南京苏果超市遍布南京城区,各大超市销售的都是同质化的商品,差异化很小,经营特色也相差无几,所以超市之间的竞争就转移到商品的价格、新鲜度、商品规模等方面,这就对南京苏果超市的物流配送提出了较高的要求。目前,虽然南京苏果超市的物流配送体系比较先进,但还存在一些问题,这限制了南京苏果的发展,制约了南京苏果超市的上升空间。提高企业效益,降低物流的配送成本,是南京苏果超市亟待解决的重要问题之一。本文在吸收国内外物流配送系统研究成果基础上,系统的从理论角度分析物流配送的概念,研究南京苏果超市物流配送的基本情况,分析其存在的问题和未来的发展趋势。通过系统的研究,希望能够优化其配送的方式,降低其物流成本,增强南京苏果在超市行业中的竞争力,希望以最低的物流成本,达到优质的服务水平,收获最大的经济效益。27294

    Research On Nanjing Suguo Supermarket Logistics Distribution
      Abstract: Nanjing Suguo Supermarket covered Nanjing city, the major supermarket sales are homogenization of goods, the difference is small, the operating characteristics are almost the same, so the competition between supermarkets will be transferred to the price, freshness, goods, and other commodity scale aspects, which the Nanjing Suguo Supermarket logistics put forward higher requirements. At present, although the Nanjing Suguo Supermarket distribution system is relatively advanced, but there are still some problems that limit the development of Nanjing Suguo Supermarket, which restricts the Nanjing Suguo Supermarket upside. Improve enterprise efficiency, reduce distribution costs of logistics, it is an important issue in Nanjing Suguo Supermarket solved. Based on the research results of attracting domestic and foreign logistics and distribution system, the system from a theoretical point of view of logistics concepts, research the basic situation of Nanjing Suguo Supermarket,distribution, and analysis of the existing problems and future trends. By studying the system, hoping to optimize their distribution methods to reduce its logistics costs, enhance Nanjing Suguo Supermarket in the supermarket industry's competitiveness, hope to the lowest logistics cost, to achieve high quality level of service, gain the maximum economic efficiency.
