摘要：随着我国经济的快速发展以及高等教育的深入普及，我国大学生数量日益增加。与之相对应的是越来越严峻的大学生就业问题。促进大学生的创业行为有助于解决大学生就业艰难的问题，但不是所有大学生创业都能够成功，大学生的创新能力是否会对他们选择创业产生影响等问题值得研究。本文将重点放在大学生创新能力对其创业意向的影响上，主要从创业意向这个切入点来研究大学生的创业行为，并且对本科大学生的创新能力、创业意向等情况进行了调查。运用相关研究方法探讨了大学生创新能力对创业意向的影响，得到如下研究结果：大学生创新能力对创业意向具有显著正向影响，并且大学生创新能力的四个文度：创新学习能力、创新知识基础、创新思文能力以及创新技能分别对创业意向具有正向影响。28594

A Study on the Influence of College Students' Innovative Ability on Entrepreneurial Intention
——Taking Nanjing Agricultural University as an Example
Abstract：With the development of economy and the popularization of higher education, the number of college students in our country is increasing day by day. Accompanied by the increasingly serious problem of college students employment. At present, the employment situation of college students is not optimistic. In this context, the state attaches great importance to the employment of college students, and actively promote their own businesses, and encourage students to start their own businesses. To promote the entrepreneurial behavior of college students will help solve the problem of difficult employment of college students, and entrepreneurship itself also plays an important role in labor demand and economic development . On the theoretical side, entrepreneurial research has once become a hot research area for scholars. As China's entrepreneurial research started relatively late, research on the influencing factors of entrepreneurship based on China 's specific background is very little. This article will focus on the impact of college students 'innovative ability on their entrepreneurial intention, mainly from the entry point of entrepreneurial intention to study the entrepreneurial behavior of college students.We will have an investigation on the undergraduate college students' innovation ability, entrepreneurial intention and so on. Using the relevant research methods to explore the impact of college students' innovation ability on entrepreneurial intention.

大学生创新能力对创业意向的影响研究——以南京农业大学为例
引言：创业本身对劳动需求的增加以及社会经济的发展具有重要作用。从理论方面来说，对创业及其相关内容的研究也一度成为专家学者们的热门研究领域。由于我国的创业研究起步比较晚，基于我国特定背景下创业影响因素的相关研究还比较少。学者们通常都用创业意向这个切入点来研究创业行为。因此，要考察大学生的创业行为，首先要研究其创业意向。而创新能力作为互联网时代极具竞争性的必备素质之一，是否影响大学生创业意向的形成，目前国内还处于探索阶段。本文采用实证分析的方法验证大学生创新能力对创业意向形成的影响，并进一步分析创新能力的哪些文度可以有效预测大学生的创业意向。
