摘要：残疾人就业工作一直作为残疾人工作中的重要分支之一，中国政府每年投入大量的财力在残疾人就业工作上，看似解决了残疾人就业问题，但实际上不仅增加了政府的负担，残疾人的就业需要也没有真正实现。很多的残疾人是处于挂靠无业和安置就业的状态，为了改善残疾人的就业问题，实现残疾人的就业需要和社会价值。33674

通过研究残疾人就业问题的影响因素，主要包括残障类别的模糊、就业安排不力、户籍制度的隔离与社会融入困难；以及文化程度和信息获取渠道等，获得相关结论及提出改善建议。以J区某社会组织艺术团为研究区域，以增能理论和正常化理论为理论框架，研究艺术治疗模式在残疾人就业问题的作用。
研究表明，艺术治疗模式对残疾人建立就业积极心理、克服就业倦怠心理和拓展信息渠道等方面有显著作用，针对政府、社会组织、社工师三个层面进行建议，主要包括：提升政府工作效能，引入竞争机制；探索社会组织有效工作模式，建立政社合作机制；提升社会工作者综合素能，拓展多样化工作模式

The research about the art therapy mode in social work for disabled employment
——Based on the study of a J area’s Social organization art troupe for the disabled
Abstract：The social work for the disabled employment is one of the important branch in the disabled social work.As the goverment pay a lot of money on disabled social work,seemingly, the problem of disabled empolyment has been solved,but in fact,these increased the burden of government and achieved the need for the employment of disabled people.
By researching the the influence factors of employment for the disabled,which mainly includs:the fuzzification of disability categories;unsuitable job arrangement;the isolation of the household registration system and the difficulties of social inclusion;and the level of education and access to information channels, etc.To get the conclusions and put forward improvement suggestions.This research as the study area in a social organization art troupe in J area.According to the theory of energized and normalization theory as the theoretical framework, researching on art therapy model role in disabled employment problem.
Research shows that art therapy mode for people with disabilities have effects on establishing positive psychology, overcoming the job burnout of employment psychological and expanding access to information and so on.Geting the advices in three dimensions,which are the government, social organization and social work pision.The advices are mainly includes: increasing government's work efficiency and introducing competition mechanism;exploring effective working mode, social organization and establishing cooperation mechanismbetween the gonvernment and the community;promoting social workers comprehensive element and expand persified working mode
