    摘要随着人类经济社会的快速发展,肆意的开发,缺少足够的保护,使水资源匮乏,生态环境恶化,威胁水资源利用的可持续发展,水资源的保护成为刻不容缓的问题。针对地质景观区生态环境退化的现状,以岩溶地貌地质景观区为例,建立资源环境承载力评价模型,以遥感监测技术为手段,对地质景观区水资源环境状况进行评价和分析,为区域生态环境保护和资源合理利用提供理论依据。水资源承载力是某地域以可持续发展为原则,经过合理优化配置,对当地社会经济发展的最大支撑能力。本文基于ENVI和ArcGIS软件,以“全国生态环境承载力调查与国土资源综合监测”计划项目的总体目标为指导,以现行《生态功能区划暂行规定》的敏感性等级标准为指示,分析各指标因子对水资源承载力的影响,并结合研究区域实地情况对各个因子分别进行水资源承载力评价。本文针对滇东南岩溶地区,通过遥感和地理信息手段,通过降水蒸降比、人均水资源量、水网密度指数,结合几何重心模型进行水资源承载力评价,从而对该地区水资源承载力状况进行综合评价,并对现状进行分析和提出建议。34377

    Abstract
    With the rapid development of human economy and society, lack of adequate protection, the scarcity of water resources, the deterioration of ecological environment, threat and utilization of water resources sustainable development and the protection of water resources become the urgent question. In view of the present situation of geological environment, landscape ecological degradation, to the karst geological landscape area as an example, the establishment of resources and environment carrying capacity evaluation model, to remote sensing monitoring technology as a means, the geological landscape in the situation of water resources and environment of evaluation and analysis, for the regional ecological environment protection and resource reasonable use and provide a theoretical basis. The bearing capacity of water resources is the maximum supporting capacity of the local social and economic development, which is based on the principle of sustainable development.
