摘要： 建筑基础工程施工现场安全管理问题的分析，有利于我国对建筑行业更加有效的安全管理，在国民经济和地位方面也有显著的作用。本文在国内外研究建筑安全管理状况的基础上，首先从某建筑施工现场的安全管理出发，对本工程安全管理的现有方案进行总结和研究，并从现场获得现场管理中常常出现的问题；然后采用层次分析的方法，将现场施工中各个工序的重要性进行排序； 最后针对此施工现场中可能出现的安全问题提出相应发整改措施和对策，结合相应的处理方式，总结整个施工过程中可能存在的相似性管理，将建筑施工过程中存在的安全管理方面问题、整改措施进行总结， 希望对同类的建筑工程施工问题参考作用。36092
