【摘要】近年来，随着经济的飞速发展，环境问题也越来越受关注，本文将通过对甘肃省兰州市城市环境质量进行分析研究，在对20世纪90年代以来的兰州市环境状况进行系统的分析过程中，发现兰州市大气污染、水污染、噪声污染等现象不容乐观。利用模糊综合评价法，对兰州市2009年-2013年的环境质量进行评价并分析，随着环境保护工作的重视以及政府的监督和各部门的协助，兰州市的环境质量正在向着好的方向发展，对兰州市大气环境、水环境及声环境进行数据分析，虽然大气环境整体是向着一个清洁的标准发展，但是随着车辆的增加，汽车尾气将会变为下一个破坏大气环境稳定的危害；从水环境分析结果中可以看出，兰州市对黄河兰州段水质情况的治理工作的重视程度还是较高的；声环境中虽然情况还不是很乐观。在今后的环境改善中，建议从问题中找到改进的方案，增加资金投入、加强能源结构优化、加大对噪声的防治力度，从科学发展的角度去提高兰州市环境质量40322

【Abstract】In recent years, with the rapid economic development, environmental issues are increasingly of concern, the paper quality of the environment through Lanzhou City, Gansu Province were analyzed, the environmental situation in Lanzhou City since the 1990s, systematic analysis process, found Lanzhou air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution and other phenomena is not optimistic. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of Lanzhou City in 2009 to 2013 Environmental Quality to evaluate and analyze, and the problems, the issues raised against the corresponding environmental countermeasures.With the assistance of the importance of environmental protection and supervision of the government and the various departments of environmental quality in Lanzhou we are moving towards the right direction, to Lanzhou atmospheric environment, water environment and sound environment for data analysis, although the overall atmosphere is toward a clean standard development, but with the increase of vehicles, vehicle exhaust will become the next destabilizing atmospheric environment hazards; can be seen from the analysis results of water environment, governance of Lanzhou Lanzhou section of the Yellow River's water quality or a high degree of attention; acoustic environment, although the situation is not very optimistic.
