摘要随着城市化进程的不断加快,资源短缺、环境污染、交通拥堵等一系列由城 市化带来的问题已经成为制约城市可持续发展的重要因素。本文从环境承载力、 土地承载力、水资源承载力、交通承载力四个方面综合考虑,构建城市综合承载 力指标体系,以江苏省 13 个地级市为研究对象,运用多指标综合评价法与熵值69081
法,对 13 市的城市综合承载力现状进行研究。通过结果分析从环境、土地、水 资源、交通四个方面提出提高江苏省城市综合承载力的建议。

Abstract
With the accelerating urbanization process, resource shortage, environment pollution, traffic congestion and a series of problems caused by urbanization has become an important factor of restricting urban sustainable development.This article from the environmental bearing capacity, land carrying capacity, water resources carrying capacity, four aspects into account, the traffic capacity building index system of urban comprehensive capacity in 13 cities in jiangsu province as the research object, by using multi-index comprehensive evaluation method and entropy method to the situation of urban comprehensive carrying capacity of 13 cities were studied. By analyzing the results from the four aspects of environment, land, water resources, transportation puts forward Suggestions for the improvement of urban comprehensive capacity in jiangsu province.
