摘要本文在对IE技术中的设施规划和SLP工厂布局设计法进行概述的基础上,运用工业工程和精益生产的相关理论对某制造企业车间现状进行分析和评价,然后使用SLP系统布置设计法对车间进行物流分析和作业单位综合相互分析,绘制相关图得出优化后的布局方案,并对方案进行分析评价。最后运用Flexsim仿真软件对企业的生产线进行建模仿真。在对企业生产系统现状进行分析的基础上,针对问题提出改善方案,达到运用IE的技术提高企业生产加工效率的目的。43286

Title Optimization design of workshop layout for a manufacturing enterprise
Abstract
In this paper,It analyzes and evaluates the present situation of a manufacturing enterprise by using the related theories of industrial engineering and lean production.which is based on facility planning and SLP plant layout design in IE technique.Then it uses the SLP system layout design method to carry on the analysis of the logistics of the workshop and the operation unit synthesis,draws the relevant diagram to obtain the optimized layout plan and carries on the analysis appraisal to the plan.Finally it uses Flexsim simulation software to make modeling and simulation on production line,puts forward the improvement plan of the production line which is based on analysis of the current situation of enterprise production system.and achieves the purpose of using IE technology to improve the efficiency of enterprise production and processing
