摘要伴随供应链管理理论与技术发展的不断成熟，供应链库存管理逐渐受到各行各业的关注与重视，并逐渐在各企业当中逐渐推广应用开来，为各企业库存管理、生产管理等各方面管理水平的提高作出明确指导与提供支持，发挥着巨大的作用。本论文首先对该课题研究的背景、意义与目的进行了相应介绍，然后以江南电缆企业为例，对该电缆企业供应链库存、传统库存管理、供应链库存管理存在问题，供应链下库存管理指标体系的建立与案例分析，以及江南电缆供应链库存管理应采取的改进策略几部分内容进行了重点分析，以期江南电缆企业能够构建起一套成熟的供应链库存管理体系，提高库存管理有效性，提高自身服务水平，进而推动我国电缆行业稳健可持续发展。46367

ABSTRACT Along with supply chain management theory and technology matures, the development of supply chain inventory management gradually got the attention of all walks of life and value, and gradually among various enterprises gradually popularized, for various enterprises inventory management, production management and so on various aspects the improvement of management level of the clear guidance and support, plays a huge role. this paper first describes the research background, significance and purpose of the corresponding is introduced, and then in jiangnan cable companies, for example, the traditional cable enterprise supply chain inventory, inventory management, supply chain inventory management problems, the establishment of the index system of inventory management under supply chain and the case analysis, and improvement of supply chain inventory management should be taken to the jiangnan cable strategy focuses on several parts analysis, in order to jiangnan cable companies can build up a set of mature system of supply chain inventory management, improve inventory management effectiveness, improve their service level, and then push the cable industry in our country the steady and sustainable development.
