摘要在时代不停变化的今天，互联网和智能手机成为现代人日常生活当中最不可或缺的一部分，或许，互联网改变的不仅仅是人们的生活方式，还有人们的生存方式。国家在大力推进“以创业带动就业”的就业政策，给予创业者很多的优惠政策，涉及到贷款、税收等多方面的内容。在这两方不以人的意志为转移的宏观实时背景下，不少“英雄”横空出世，BLC 就是其中一个。手机互联网叫车 APP，恐怕是时下最流行、也最快渗透到人们生活当中应用软件，显而易见，BLC 是成功的。然而，一个公司成立的后续问题就是发展，而公司的发展又离不开资金筹集的过程。企业筹集资金按照筹集渠道分为了债券筹集和股权筹集，这两种筹集方式又分别形成了企业的债务资本结构与股权资本结构。资本结构对企业的经营发展有着至关重要的影响力。本文基于这样的关系，对以 BLC为代表的新创企业的股东结构与股权结构进行研究，研究后两者是如何影响前者的发展的，找到之间存在的客观联系，已联系为基础得到相关的结论并提出自己的建议。在论文的最后，由个案推而广之，得到普遍适用的原理，以便本论文的研究结果可以很好地指导现实生活。49162
