摘要社区服务是社区建设的基础，也是社区建设的重要延伸。随着社会经济的迅速发展，社区服务的作用显得日益重要，而且社区居民对社区服务的要求也越来越高。老旧社区一般成立于上世纪末期，社区服务体系较为完善，但也存在一些问题。所以本文在对社区与社区服务内涵进行阐述的基础上，以镇江市棒棰营社区为例，对老旧社区社区服务进行研究。本文的框架为：首先，对社区及社区服务内涵进行概述；其次，分析棒棰营社区服务现状、社区服务所存在的问题及产生原因；最后，提出加强棒棰营社区服务发展的对策。49515

Research on Community Service of Old Community -Take Bangchuiying Community of Zhenjiang as the Example
Abstract
Community service is the foundation of community building，an important extension of the community building. With the rapid socio-economic development, Community service is becoming increasingly important,and community residents for community service requirements are also increasing. The old community is generally established in the end of the last century, and Community service system is better, but there are some problems. Therefore, this article based on community and community service theory, takes Bangchuiying Community of Zhenjiang as the Example to Research Community Service of Old Community.The framework of this article: first, summarizing community and community service content; second, analyzing Bangchuiying Community Service’ status quo,the problems and reasons; finally, proposing a solution of strengthening Bangchuiying Community Service development.

老旧社区社区服务研究——以镇江棒棰营社区为例
0 引言
社区是城市的重要组成单位，城市的发展离不开社区的建设。社区服务是社区建设的基础，亦是社区建设的延伸。目前，我国已进入“十二五”规划时期，社区服务的地位显得尤为重要。因为社区服务的发展能使居民过上美好生活，能够维护社会的和谐稳定，更能实现全面建设小康社会的目标。
伴随着经济的迅速发展，生活水平的提高，社区居民对社区服务的要求与期望也越来越高，他们不再满足于过去单一局限的服务，而是向往个性多元现代化的社区服务。而这也是现代社区服务所应具有的特点：坚定落实为人民服务的理念，将居民需求作为一切出发点。然而，社区在这方面或多或少存在些问题。有的是关注度不够，有的是选择忽视，也有的是力不从心。譬如，不少老旧社区虽秉承为居民服务的理念，但由于其成立时间较早，建筑设施、管理制度、资金等方面的约束，在一定程度上使得服务质量大打折扣。而往往所谓的解决办法只是针对表面问题，却不能深入研究，整理出一套可行具有长久利益的对策。在此，本文针对老旧社区——棒棰营社区进行研究，在充分了解社区情况，社区服务现状的基础，希望能提出切实有效的解决办法。
