摘要建立与优化高校大学生学习激励机制,可以极大限度地调动高校大学生学习的积极性、创造性并挖掘他们的潜能,以便充分地利用高校资源,提高高等教育的效能。本文主要是从学校制度角度谈论江苏科技大学学习行为激励机制,通过文献研究以及调查问卷统计分析,发现江苏科技大学现行学习行为激励机制还存在着一定的问题,如学习激励对象面相对较窄、运用学习激励机制的时机掌握不好、学习激励的形式局限于正激励,少有负激励、现行学习激励机制缺乏动态等,并针对这些问题提出了一些列的解决方案,如物质奖励与精神奖励两手抓、引进学习淘汰制度、各种奖励应当公平公正公开等。51503

Abstract Establishment and optimization of the college students learning incentive mechanism, can maximum limit arouse the enthusiasm of college students learning, creativity and exploit their potential, in order to make full use of university resources, improve the efficiency of higher education. This article mainly from the Angle of school system to talk about learning behavior incentive mechanism in jiangsu university of science and technology, through literature study and questionnaire statistical analysis, found the jiangsu university of science and technology of the current learning behavior incentive system still exist some problems, such as learning motivation object surface is relatively narrow, the use of incentive mechanism has bad timing, learning motivation in the form of bureau be confined to is incentive, less negative motivation, the study of dynamic incentive mechanism, and puts forward a series of solutions to solve these problems, such as material rewards and spirit award to combine learning, introduction of elimination system, all kinds of rewards should be fair and open, etc.
