摘要互联网金融自出现以来就以飞快的速度发展着,但许多非金融机构的经营缺少政府监管,企业进入互联网金融行业门槛低,互联网金融行业管理混乱等一系列问题,自2015年3月来政府对互联网金融市场尤其是(P2P)模式的网络借贷平台进行大力整顿,许多企业开始整改,行业前景可谓是有人欢喜有人忧。这也造成了互联网行业中企业员工的忠诚度下降,许多员工纷纷跳向其企业,有的员工甚至流向不同的行业。在变革的关键时期,只要坚持下去就会胜者为王,提高企业员工的忠诚度是企业坚持下去的关键点,因此应该寻找员工忠诚度降低的原因并寻找方法解决。最近国家加大了对互联网金融机构的监管力度,互联网金融发展又一次受到影响,对于互联网金融中非金融机构员工忠诚度的研究更加重要。51792
本文通过对善林(上海)金融信息服务公司徐州分公司员工忠诚度下降原因进行分析,并据此提出对策,为其他非金融p2p企业员工忠诚度下降提供借鉴。

Analysis on the Reasons and Countermeasures of the Decline of the Loyalty of the Xuzhou Shanlin
Abstract
Since the emergence of the Internet Finance,it is developing at a rapid rate,but manynon- financial institutions has lacked of government ‘s supervision,it is easy to enter the industry ,and the management of the industry is confusion.Since March 2015,the government began to rectifyon Internet financialmarket ,especially (P2P) network lending platform .In order to conform to the existing situation ,many companies are rectifying ,and the prospect of the industry can be described as someone happysomebody worry.This also caused employee loyaltydecline who work in the Internet industry ,many employees have to jump to other enterprises, and some even turn to different industries. In the critical period of change, improve employee's loyalty is the key point of the enterprise to carry on.So,we should find out the reason whyemployee's loyalty has reduced and find ways to solve it. The nation has strengthened efforts to control the Internet Finance institution ,and the Internet Finance has been affected by it,so it becomes more important to carry on the research of employee loyalty of the Internet Finance.
The article take the Shan Lin (Shanghai) financial information Service Corporation Xuzhou branch staff as an example,to find out the reason and puts forward the countermeasure,and for other non finance P2P enterprise staff loyalty decline to provide the reference.
