工程项目设计阶段处于整个工程项目建设的最前端，是整个工程建设的第一个环节，要为后面的建设提供规范性的文件。项目设计的质量是在设计阶段项目在实施建设过程中的技术、工艺、经济、设备等质量水平具体化的体现，对以后的项目建设，施工的质量有着决定性的作用。合理的优秀设计要有安全可靠的结构，还要有先进的施工技术、工艺，还要在资金投入，工期消耗方面深思熟虑，而这些只靠设计单位来做是远远不够的，要靠多方面控制来把握质量，这样就可以显著提高设计阶段的水平，而设计质量的提高对于整个工程项目的质量水平提高有着非常重大意义。本文将对项目设计阶段进行多方面研究影响工程项目设计质量的因素，并且提出对提高项目设计质量水平对策措施。
