摘 要:温泉酒店作为一种集住宿、餐饮、娱乐等产品为一体的特色化酒店,以其突出的温泉文化受到众多宾客的青睐。本文通过对洪泽老子山温泉山庄进行调查,了解其消费群体基本特征,以及宾客对山庄内各项产品构成要素重要性评价,分析当前产品构建中存在的不足,融入温泉文化理念,对其现有产品进行改进,形成产品组合,并通过加强员工服务技能培训、温泉专业知识培训、改善细节服务等途径,提高洪泽老子山温泉山庄产品质量,提升其市场竞争力和吸引力。63343

Abstract: As a characteristic hotel, including accommodation, food and beverage, entertainment and other products, hot spring hotel attracts many customers because of its outstanding hot spring culture. Through the survey of Hongze Laozi Mountain Hot Springs Villa, understanding the basic characteristics of its customer groups, as well as the customer’s evaluation of the importance of hotel product composition elements. Analyzing the disadvantages of the current hotel product building, adding the hot springs culture to the hotel products, taking actions to improve existing products and form product portfolio. By strengthening the training of service skills and professional knowledge, improving service details and other ways, to strength its product quality and improve its market competitiveness and attractiveness.
