摘 要在论文写作之前采取问卷调查与深入访谈相结合的方法对浙江省金华市的外来务工人员进行深入了解，发现以农民工为主体的这些务工人员存在工作地点不稳定和职业不稳定情况，其生活简朴、居住简陋、精神生活枯燥，家庭分居现象普遍。论文还客观地分析了家庭成员如农民工子女、配偶以及家庭老人留守在家的原因，及可能出现的问题隐忧。通过研究还发现，新生代农民工由于文化程度高，对二、三产业及城市生活的适应性强，及农民身份弱化、农业生产技能缺失，其融入城市的迫切性更强烈，他们将成为今后真实城市化的生力军。69219

Research on the Cross-regional Transformation of Rural Migrant Workers in China and its Impact

Abstract
Migrant workers in our country are mainly rural migrant workers.Before writing this paper,method of combining taking questionnaire and in-depth interview is taken to get in-depth understanding of migrant workers in Jinhua city, Zhejiang province.Many problems,including unstable working place and changeable career,simple living, boring spiritual life as well as common family separation, are found. Thesis also objectively analyses the reason why family members such as the children, spouses and the parents of migrant workers stay at home and concern of possible problems. Through that study,I also find that new generation migrant workers have higher degree of education and strong adaptability to the second and third industry as well as city life than bofore, status of peasant is weakened, agricultural production skills are lost, their desire of integration into the city is strong and these migrant workers will become the main force of the urbanization in the future.
