摘要:随着我国经济和社会的快速发展,锅炉、压力容器、压力管道、电梯、起重机械、客运索道、大型游乐设施、厂内专用机动车辆八大类特种设备的数量与日俱增,应用范围也越来越广泛。一旦特种设备发生安全事故,经济损失惨重、社会影响恶劣。而船舶制造企业是我国的支柱型产业,是我国综合工业技术的体现,在船舶制造企业里特种设备数量也尤其居多,因此,研究船厂特种设备的安全风险是一个非常重要的课题,有助于改善和提高船厂特种设备安全管理和使用。
本论文首先介绍船舶制造过程和船厂特种设备使用现状以及针对船厂特种设备近年来重特大事故的分析;其次建立船厂特种设备安全风险评价体系,利用层次分析法确定合适的指标权重,然后利用基于控制区间和记忆模型(CIM模型)、层次灰色分析模型两种安全风险评价模型对船厂特种设备安全风险进行安全风险评价;然后针对两种评价结果进行分析和研究,得出船厂特种设备安全风险状况。最后,针对评价结果对船厂特种设备的管理、使用等方面提出建议和相关整改措施。10366

The Research Of Shipyard Special Equipment
Risk Assessment
Abstract: With the rapid development of Chinese economics and society, there are more and more special equipments such as boiler、pressure vessel、pressure pipeline、elevator、hoisting machinery、passenger ropeway、Large amusement facilities、Factory special motor vehicle and so on nowadays. And using of them is more and more widely. Once are there the special equipments’ accidents, economics will be suffered from great losses and it will cause a profound effect on society largely. Shipbuilding enterprise is a pillar industry in China, and also it is the embodiment of Chinese overall industrial technology. Especially there are the majority number of special equipments in the shipbuilding enterprise. Research of Shipyard special equipment security risk is a very important issue, it can improve and enhance the shipyard management and using of special equipment safety.
This article firstly make an introduction of the procedure in ship construction、the using status of shipyards special equipments and the analysis for the major accidents of shipyard special equipment in recent years; then establish the shipyard special equipment safety risk evaluation system by using AHP to determine the index weight ;then make the risk assessment for shipyard special equipment safety risk by the control interval-based and memory model (CIM model)and the hierarchy gray assessment model; Then analyze the results of two evaluation ways to obtain the Shipyard special equipments safety risk profile; finally, according to the evaluation results of the shipyard management of special equipment, give suggestions and measures about management, using and maintenance of the shipyard special equipments.
