    摘要:生物质是可再生能源,它数量多,分布广。生物质气化可在比较小的规模下有较高的利用率,可供给高品位的能源,非常适合农村、发展中国家与地区,所以是生物质利用的一种主要技术,是一个有开发性的发展方向。中国因为地域广,富有生物质资源但能源供应紧张,生物质气化有较好的发展前景,所以在中国发展生物质气化技术可以最大地体现出该技术的优越性和经济性。本文采用热重法对稻壳、毛竹的催化热解特性及反应动力学进行了研究。结果表明,酸洗脱灰后稻壳、毛竹热解的初始温度和结束温度都有所升高,稻壳、毛竹的热解反应活性降低,热解曲线向高温区移动;而金属盐的加入使稻壳、毛竹的热解曲线向低温区移动,反应活性增加。酸洗后稻壳、毛竹热解活化能升高,加入不同浓度的钾离子、钙离子和镁离子后求得的活化能明显降低,而且加入金属离子的浓度越高,稻壳、毛竹热解的活化能越低。本文还采用了烟气分析法对经过处理的稻壳、毛竹的气化烟气成分进行了分析,其产物有大量的CO,少量CXHY、O2等可燃气体,并通过烟气分析仪采集数据,运用Origin处理,得到了其添加催化剂后的产量对比图。20575

    Experimental Study on Layered-raw Biomass Gasification
    Abstract:Biomass is an important renewable energy , it is widely distributed , a huge number . Biomass gasification can be achieved in smaller high efficiency , and can provide high-quality form of energy , particularly suitable for rural areas, developing countries and regions , it is the use of biomass as an important technology that is an important direction of development. China due to the vast, rich in biomass resources and energy supplies are relatively tight, biomass gasification with better living conditions and development of space, so the people in China will vigorously developing biomass gasification technology to maximize the advantage of the technology embodied and economy . In this paper, thermal gravimetric method of rice husk , bamboo catalytic pyrolysis characteristics and kinetics were studied. The results showed that after acid demineralization rice husk, bamboo pyrolysis of initial temperature and the end temperature has increased, rice husk , bamboo pyrolysis reactivity reduction , pyrolysis curve shifts to the high temperature zone ; while adding salt make rice husk , bamboo pyrolysis curve moves to lower temperature , reactivity increases. Pickling husk , bamboo increase the activation energy , by adding different concentrations of potassium ions, calcium ions and magnesium ions after activation energy obtained significantly reduced , and the higher the concentration of metal ions added , rice husks, bamboo pyrolysis the lower the activation energy . It also uses a flue gas analysis method after processing rice husk , bamboo gasification flue gas composition was analyzed , and its products have a lot of CO, a small CXHY, O2 and other combustible gases through the flue gas analyzer data collection, Origin application process , the catalyst is added to obtain the comparison output of the FIG .
