    摘要本文对扬州某污水处理厂二沉池中污泥作为原污泥进行驯化培养,最终成功驯化至可处理1400mg/L的高浓度含酚废水,并对其进行适宜处理条件进行研究
        降解特性研究表明,驯化完成后污泥最佳降解条件是:pH在6.0左右,温度在25oC左右,曝气量为170L/h,微量元素为1%(v/v)。在碳源利用方面该菌对葡萄糖的利用效果比淀粉好;氮源利用方面,对氯化铵的利用效果比尿素好。26332
    在接污泥种量为32%并在最佳降解条件下进行苯酚降解处理时,800mg/L以下浓度的污水在8h内降解率可高达99.9%,这表明驯化完成后该污泥对苯酚有较高以及快速的去除能力;浓度升高到1000mg/L之后,22h降解率为94.3%,COD去除率在95%以上,降解速度明显降低,这是由于高浓度的苯酚对生物活性有所抑制;浓度升高到1400mg/L之后普通的SBR工艺已经无法进行处理,需加入填充物进行配合处理,MSBR工艺在浓度为1400mg/L的污水处理表现良好,26h降解率为98.2%,说明MSBR工艺可以处理更高浓度的含酚废水。

    Abstract
    This research is from the two sedimentation tank sludge in Yangzhou wastewater treatment plant as raw sludge acclimation,ultimate success of domestication to treatment of 1400mg/L wastewater with high concentration of phenol,And its separation and purification.
    Study on biological characteristics of that The optimal growth conditions of bacteria are:PH at sbout 6.The temperature at 25 degrees Celsius.The aeration rate was 170L/h,1% trace elements(v/v).In the aspect of the bacteria by using carbon source effect of glucose better than starch;In terms of nitrogen utilization The effect of NH4Cl  better than urea.
    The degradation characteritic shows that 32% inoculation and phenol degradation under optimal growth conditions ,800mg/L concentration in 8h wastewater degradation rate as high as 99.9%.This shows that after the completion of the domestication of bacteria on phenol removal ability of fast and high.The concentration increased to 1000mg/L.The degradation rate of 22h was 94.36%, the removal rate of COD was above 95%, the degradation rate decreased significantly,This is due to a high concentration of phenol on biological activity decreased.The concentration increased to 1400mg/L after the common SBR technology has been unable to carry out processing ,Need to join with the treatment of filler.MSBR process in the concentration of 1400mg/L in wastewater treatment performance is good, the degradation rate of 26h was 98.2%,Description of phenol wastewater MSBR process can deal with higher concentrations.
