    摘要:在抽真空状态下,以1:1油酸与二乙醇酰胺为原料,石油醚作带水剂反应合成油酸二乙醇胺,采用五氧化二磷作磷酸化剂,经过酯化、水解合成油酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯(简称OEAP),确定了最佳的合成条件,采用红外光谱对其主要官能团进行表征并且利用四球摩擦机测定其摩擦性能。结果表明:油酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯的最适宜合成条件为油酸二乙醇酰胺:五氧化二磷=1:1(摩尔比);最适宜反应温度为80℃;反应时间为4h。测定摩擦性能,结果表明,油酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯1.5%(wt%)时,抗磨效果最适宜。测定基础油、添加1.5%(wt%)油酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯的基础油及添加T202的基础油三者的最大无卡咬负荷PB,结果表明添加油酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯与添加T202后基础油的PB值接近。最后测定油酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯与T202复配后的摩擦化学性能以及两者的添加量对基础油的摩擦磨损性能的影响,结果表明,当添加1.5%(wt%)油酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯并添加1%(wt%)T202复配时,润滑油的抗磨效果最佳。3861

    Study on Tribo-chemical Properties and Synthesis of Oleic Diethanolamide Phosphate
    Abstract:In vacuum condition, oleic acid diethanolamine was synthesized with oleic acid and diethanolamine, the molar ratio of 1:1, and petroleum ether as water-carrying agent. Through the three-step reaction of esterification, hydrolysis and neutralization, oleic diethanolamide phosphate(OEAP) was synthesized with phosphorus pentoxide as phosphorylation agent. The optimum synthesis conditions were established. Its structure was characterized by means of IR spectroscopy, and its friction performance was mensurated by using four-ball friction machine. The optimum synthetic conditions about oleic diethanolamide phosphate were oleic diethanolamide: phosphorus pentoxide=1:1(mol•mol-1) , the temperature of reaction was 80℃ , and time of the reaction was 4h. The determination of friction properties , on results , it is showed that when the content of oleic diethanolamide phosphate is 1.5%(wt%), the anti-wear is the most suitable. To determine the largest non-card bite load PB of base oil, adding 1.5%(wt%) of oleic diethanolamide phosphate in the base oil and adding the T202's base oil. On results , it is showed that PB of the base oil after adding T202 and PB of the base oil after adding oleic diethanolamide phosphate is so closed. Finally, to determine the friction chemical about the compound of oleic diethanolamide phosphate and T202 , the friction and anti-wear performance impact of these two adding amount of base oil, on results , it is showed that when add 1.5%(wt%) of oleic diethanolamide phosphate and add 1%(wt%) of T202 synergied , the anti-wear of lubricating oil gains it’s the best effects.
