    摘要:本文主要研究了固态油脂结构对固体脂质防晒微粒形成的影响。研究内容包括醇类、酸类、酯类固态油脂结构对固体脂质防晒微粒的粒径、PDI和电位的影响;固态油脂结构对固体脂质防晒微粒体系防晒性能的影响;以及固态油脂结构对固体脂质微粒体系光照稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,由固态油脂制备的固体脂质防晒微粒体系均,电位值均大于30mv,PDI值均小于0.5,说明其体系有较好的稳定性。固体脂质微粒与防晒剂的吸光性有协同效应,故固体脂质防晒粒体系的防晒性能优于普通防晒乳状液,随着碳链增长,固体脂质防晒微粒体系的吸光度呈逐渐降低的趋势。由于固体脂质微粒对防晒剂有缓蚀作用,固体脂质防晒粒体系的光照稳定性比普通防晒乳状液稳定性高,在酯类,醇类和酸类固体脂质防晒微粒体系中,酯类的光照稳定性最好,其次是醇类,最后是酸类[1-3]。38707
