摘要在本文中,以TiO2(b)(黑色二氧化钛)作为CeO2的载体(CeO2载荷是5wt%)来研究CeO2与TiO2(b)之间的相互作用对用NH3选择性催化还原NO的促进作用。结果表明CeO2/TiO2 (b)比CeO2/TiO2在低温时具有更好的活性。此催化剂用XRD和BET进行表征。EPR,Raman,XPS的结果表明:与CeO2/TiO2 相比,Ce5Ti (b-x) 催化剂中形成了Ce-□-Ti结构,而在Ce-□-Ti的空位上形成了氧化性很强的超氧自由基。NO-TPD和NH3-TPD的结果表明:相比CeO2/TiO2而言,Ce5Ti(b)催化剂的对氨气和一氧化氮的吸附能力没有增强反倒有部分减弱。最后,H2-TPR和一氧化氮加氧气的原位红外光谱吸附表明CeO2/TiO2 (b)低温时催化活性的提高确实是由其氧化还原性能的提高导致。43304

Title Reduced state TiO2 as carrier for denitration reaction accelerator effect
Abstract
In this paper, TiO2 (b) (black TiO2) was firstly used as supports of CeO2 (CeO2 loadings were 5wt%) to investigate the interaction of TiO2(b) with CeO2 that beneficial to the selective catalytic reduction of NO by NH3. The results showed that the catalytic activity of CeO2/TiO2 (b) much more than CeO2/TiO2 at low temperature. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and BET. The results of EPR, Raman and XPS showed that: Compared with CeO2 / TiO2, Ce5Ti (b-x) catalyst in the formation of Ce-□-Ti structure, and in the Ce-□-Ti vacancy formed a strong oxidizing superoxide free radicals. The results of NO-TPD and NH3-TPD showed that: compared with CeO2/TiO2,The adsorption capacity of the catalyst for ammonia and nitric oxide weakened section. Finally, H2-TPR and nitric oxide plus oxygen adsorption situ IR showed that CeO2/TiO2(b) increase the catalytic activity is indeed due to the improve performance of it’s redox.
