    (4)确定开工因子

    开工因子的定义为:生产装置每年开工时间/年自然时间。为充分利用设备,开工因子应取得较大,接近1,但又不可能等于1,因为还要考虑到设备的检修以及开停车等情况。开工因子一般取0.8-0.9,即年生产300-330天,或年生产7000-8000小时。对于市场不明朗,技术欠成熟的项目,开工因子可取的再略低一些,以便获得较好的生产力弹性。

    确定原料的规格:AEO-3:99%,马来酸酐:99.90%,氢氧化钠:30%,亚硫酸氢钠:99%

    确定生产规模:年产600吨。

    确定操作方式:间歇操作。

    确定开工因子:300/年,操作两班倒制度。

    1.Design Basis

    Sodium lauryl polyoxyethylene(3) hexyl sulfosuccinate has good emulsifying, wetting, permeability, solubility,and low cost synthesis.The synthesis of the surfactant is simple.The surfactant has less damage to the skin ,and it is readily biodegradable, having no pollution.So it can be widely used in the industrial closely linked to us,such as coatings, textile, agriculture, medicine, building materials.Its security environmental protection concept is in line with the direction of modern chemical industry,so it is a kind of good surfactant.

    2.Design Principles

    Throughout the chemical engineering design process, we must be familiar with its principles and spirit, thus to implement them. The chemical design details should be applied flexibly, in line with norms, and prevent causing production violation. To achieve maximum utilization of resources. We should have further understanding to design requirements and the chemical content. Because in chemical production, safety is primary, so we have to analysis the safety in the production. Familiar with the nature of our raw materials and products, so that we can easily use them. Chemical specification of the degree of risk items are pided into five levels, its pision is mainly decided by production process, production and storage of raw materials, intermediate products and finished physicochemical nature, quantity and extent of fire and explosion hazards and production processes the nature of the case. Depending on the level of danger, we can determine the spacing of fire, explosion-proof rating.It plays a decisive role to the choice of equipment, instruments, mode of operation, and the selection of fire equipment.

    The second principle is the principle of rationality. In the design process of the workshop process, different devices depending on the needs of a reasonable distribution and installation. In the process of laying craft workshop equipment,we should use the advantages of good equipment, take into account the economic costs to save energy, power, wealth to the best.

    The last is the environmental protection principles. Both design products, and design of process route need to take into account the energy conservation and emissions reduction, environmental protection. Chemical products designed must be harmless,non-toxic and pollution-free. In the production line, we must design the production line having low emissions and low pollution process. Protecting the environment is an important principle in the whole design process.
