    Sodium lauryl polyoxyethylene(3) hexyl sulfosuccinate was synthesized by using lauryl polyoxyethylene(3)、hexanol、sodium hydroxide、maleic anhydride、sodium hydrogen sulfite as main raw materials.At first, under the catalysis of toluene sulfonic acid ,monoester can be made by lauryl polyoxyethylene(3) and maleic anhydride.Next,we make the second-step production reaction by using monoester and hexanol.Then,neutralization reaction was carried out by monoester and sodium hydroxide.The production made in the neutralization is used to be the catalyzer for the last reaction. The final product is reacted by diester and Sodium hydrogen sulfite.

    4.Design standard

    Design standard, including the following factors need to be sure before design.

    (1)Sure of the specifications of the products and raw materials

    The specifications of the products shall be in accordance with the requirements of the use,and meet the market for the principle. According to the purity, chemical products can have different levels and must be made to the specifications of the products in the design specification, in order to determine the process flow.If you increase the product refining process, improve the purity level to obtain economic benefits, they should be carefully considered in the process of design, to achieve the requirements.

    (2)Sure of the scale of production

    Design task book should make the scale of production clearly, has been issued, shall not be changed, otherwise it will cause confusion in the design work.

    (3)Sure of the mode of operation

    Continuous operation process has some advantages,such as high utilization rate of equipment, strong production capacity,stable production process , easily-realized automatic control. The intermittent operation process has the advantages of flexibility and flexibility, which is more suitable for the production of fine chemical products. What kind of operation should be taken in the process of design, need to be determined at first.

    (4)Sure of the construction factor

    Construction factor is defined as: production device starting time/year. To make full use of the equipment, construction factor should be larger, close to 1, but it can't be equal to 1, because consider the maintenance and inspection equipment and open parking. Construction factors generally in 0.8-0.9, the annual production of 300-300 days, or years production 7000-8000 hours. For market uncertainty, technology owe mature project, construction factors desirable to slightly lower, in order to achieve better productivity elasticity.
