摘要:论文由三个完整实验组成,分别从水产品、蔬菜和纺织品出发对它们自身携带的甲醛进行含量检测。实验目的在于将检测结果做出比较,确认基质中的甲醛含量,推荐出简便、快速的检测方法,并给出一些在日常生活中的挑选建议,对健全和完善我国的甲醛检测体系起到一定的推动作用。在水产品检测中,使用了高效液相色谱仪进行检测,分别确定了人为添加甲醛的可能性、更方便快捷的甲醛提取液和最高效的衍生条件;蔬菜检测采用紫外分光光度计和液相色谱仪两种测试仪器,发现实验的内容不同,对仪器也有不同的选择;纺织品检测中由于液相色谱仪始终无法在图谱中显示峰值,只能用分光光度计检测,结果发现其不同部位和染料都会对甲醛检测结果造成比较大的影响。57283

Abstract: This paper is composed of three complete experiments, respectively testing from aquatic products, vegetables and textiles to carry out their own content of formaldehyde content detection. The purpose of the experiment is to compare the test results, to confirm the formaldehyde content in the matrix, and recommends a simple and rapid method for the detection, and give some in daily life in selected suggestions to improve and complete the formaldehyde detection system of our country play a certain role in promoting. In the detection of aquatic products, the use of the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were detected, human add formaldehyde, the possibility of more convenient and efficient formaldehyde extracted liquid and the most efficient derivatization conditions are determined; vegetables were detected by UV spectrophotometer and liquid chromatograph two testing instrument. It is found that the experimental contents are different. The instrument also has different choices; textile testing due to liquid chromatography has been unable to in the map showed a peak, can only use spectrophotometer detection. The results showed that different parts and printed in the formaldehyde content will affect the formaldehyde content.
