摘要:含有稀土元素的稀土电镀液具有很多优良性能,例如无毒无害、无污染、抗腐蚀性优良的特点,所以含有稀土元素的稀土镀液是当前发展前景广阔的一条道路,具有很大的研究意义。当前,稀土镀液的研究方向大多都向着工艺研究和性能分析展开,该技术的重点针对是合金金属电镀,有研究表明,含有稀土元素的镀锌镀液能够在电镀过程中形成比较优良的电化学阴极极化曲线,但是锌以及锌合金稀土元素镀液的研究仍然有比较广阔的研究前景。本论文采取化学电镀锌的方法,对钢铁表面的具有防护性能的镀锌层,进行了含有稀土元素的镀锌的工艺研究,同时在工艺研究同时,在化学动力学等多个角度研究稀土元素镀锌的极化度和电势等因素, 并且在研究电镀过程和阴极极化的同时可以横向了解含有稀土元素的转化膜的抗腐蚀机理,得出一定数据和图标后进行分析总结。57670

Effect of Rare Earths on potassium zinc
Abstract:Containing rare earth element conversion coating technology has many excellent properties such as non-toxic, non-polluting, good corrosion resistance characteristics, so rare earth element conversion coating technology is currently the development prospects of a road, has great significance . Currently, the research of rare earth conversion coating process mostly toward technology research and performance analysis, focusing on the technology alloy metal plating, studies have shown that rare earth elements in the alloy surface plating galvanizing has a relatively good corrosion resistance of rare earth elements into the film, but zinc and zinc alloys of rare earth elements conversion coating is still a relatively broad prospects; from the direction of the mechanism of zinc plating, galvanizing rare earth elements is still having excellent corrosion resistance of the formation mechanism, because rare earth mechanism element zinc and knowledge of chemical thermodynamics and chemical kinetics associated with small, without the use of quantum chemical methods from the microscopic point of view to study the reaction mechanism of rare earth elements galvanized. Therefore, this paper adopted a method of chemical electro-galvanized, steel surface has a protective properties of zinc coating, were studied conversion coating process galvanized containing rare earth elements, while at the same time in the process of research in chemistry and chemical thermodynamics multiple angles dynamics research into membrane formation mechanism of rare earth elements galvanized, while the rare earth element conversion coating corrosion resistance mechanism to collect and analyze data conversion film and rare earth elements to be analyzed.
