以双酚A双甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(Bis-GMA)为代表的甲基丙烯酸酯类树脂在牙科修复树脂中应用相当广泛,单在聚合过程中普遍存在的体积收缩及应力导致了一系列的临床问题,成为口腔高分子材料领域亟待解决的问题之一。膨胀单体是一类在聚合过程中能够产生体积膨胀或收缩很小的功能性单体。本研究的主要目的是合成两种螺环原碳酸酯脂类膨胀单体,研究探讨将其应用于对口腔树脂基质甲基丙烯酸酯类单体进行改性以改善其聚合收缩的方法。本文主要是描述了3,9-丙烯氧甲基-3,9-二乙基-1,5,7,11-四氧螺杂[5,5]十一烷(DB-TOSU)和 3,9-二羟甲基-3,9-二乙基-1,5,7,11-四氧螺杂[5,5]十一烷(HB-TOSU)两种膨胀单体的合成及其 1HNMR,FTIR 谱图的表征。使用毛细管法,分组简单测定了两种膨胀单体对牙科树脂聚合收缩的改性效果,并采用最佳三元光引发体系,以不同配比改性牙科常用树脂 Bis-GMA,测定了不同比例混合的 40%膨胀单体改性环氧树脂与Bis-GMA树脂混杂体系的固化收缩率。59970

Title Synthesis and Characterization of Expanding Monomers for Dental Restoration
Abstract Dental composites are polymeric materials mainly based on methyl methacrylate as resin matrix which is representative of 2,2-bis[4-(2 -hydroxy-3-methacry loxypropl-oxy)phenyl]propane(Bis-GMA). They could be polymerized accompanied by volumetric shrinkage and stress, leading to a serial of clinic failures and became focus of dental research in polymeric materials.Expanding monomers are a kind of functional compounds with expansion or little shrinkage in the polymerization .The research aimed to synthesize two spiro othorcarbonate expanding monomer and to study the application in modifying the dental resin matrix methacrylate it for the purpose of reducing shrinkage.This article mainly describe Syntheis and Characterization (1HNMR and FTIR)of two Expanding monomers (3,9-Diethyl-3,9-bis (allyloxymethyl)- 1,5,7,11 –tetraoxaspiro [5,5]) undecane and 3,9-diethyl-3,9- dihydroxymethyl-1,5,7,11- tetraoxaspiro [5,5]undecane and 3,9- diethyl -3,9-dihydroxymethyl- 1,5,7,11- tetraoxaspiro[5,5]undecane).Used capillary method to measure the modification effect of two expanding monomers to the polymerization shrinkage property of dental resin.And used photo initiation system. Modified the commonly used dental resin Bis-GMA in different proportions and measured the polymeric shrinkage of the mixture of expanded monomers and Bis-GMA resin hybrid system in different ratio.
