    摘要本文概述了双酚A(BPA)、双酚F(BPF)、三酚基甲烷(THPM)、三酚基乙烷(THPE)的合成方法。通过单因素试验,重点介绍了反应物摩尔比、催化剂与反应物间的比例关系、催化剂添加量、反应温和时间等因素对合成产率的影响。60116

    以苯酚、丙酮为原料,盐酸、巯基乙酸为催化剂合成了双酚A;以苯酚、甲醛为原料,磷酸为催化剂,合成了双酚F;以苯酚、对羟基苯甲醛为原料,对甲苯磺酸、无水氯化铝为催化剂合成了三酚基甲烷;以苯酚、乙酰丙酮为原料,对甲苯磺酸、巯基丙酮为催化剂合成了三酚基乙烷,并通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对产物进行了表征。

    研究结果表明:双酚A的最佳工艺条件为苯酚和丙酮摩尔比6:1,并使用盐酸和巯基乙酸作为催化剂,反应温度60℃,反应时间8h,反应收率88.3%;双酚F的最佳工艺条件为苯酚和甲醛摩尔比3:1并使用磷酸作为催化剂,反应温度46℃,反应时间2h,转化率91.57%;三酚基甲烷最佳工艺条件为对羟基苯甲醛:苯酚摩尔比1:15,并使用甲苯磺酸和无水氯化铝为催化剂,反应温度为45℃,反应时间4h;三酚基乙烷最佳工艺条件为苯酚和乙酰丙酮的摩尔比为9:1,并使用对甲苯磺酸和巯基丙酸为催化剂,反应温度55ºC,反应时间4h,粗产品得率78.41%。最终确定双酚F的合成工艺条件最简单。

    Title  Research on the synthesis of alkyl phenol derivatives

    Abstract

    This overview of bisphenol A (BPA), Bisphenol F (BPF), triphenol methane (THPM), triphenol ethane (THPE) of the synthesis method. Through single factor experiment, focusing on the molar ratio of the reactants, the catalyst and the proportional relationship between the reactants, the amount of catalyst, mild reaction time on the yield of synthesis.

    Phenol and acetone as raw materials, hydrochloric acid, thioglycolic acid as the catalyst synthesis of bisphenol A; with phenol and formaldehyde as raw material, phosphoric acid as catalyst of bisphenol F, phenol, p-hydroxybenzaldehyde as the raw material, p-toluenesulfonic acid anhydrous aluminum chloride as catalyst was synthesized trisphenol methane, phenol, acetyl acetone as raw material, p-toluenesulfonic acid, mercapto acetone as the catalyst synthesis of three phenol ethane and by IR, 1H NMR, the products were characterized.

    Except bisphenol A, bisphenol F, derivatives can be used outside polycarbonate, polyarylate, epoxy resin, polyether ether ketone, modified monomer in polymer synthesis.

    The results show that: the optimum conditions of bisphenol and phenol molar ratio of 6:1 acetone and hydrochloric acid and thioglycolic acid as a catalyst, the reaction temperature 60 ℃, reaction time 8h, the reaction yield of 88.3%; bisphenol F, most good conditions for the phenol and formaldehyde molar ratio of 3:1 and using phosphoric acid as a catalyst, the reaction temperature is 46 ℃, reaction time 2h, conversion rate of 91.57%; three phenolic groups optimum conditions for methane hydroxybenzaldehyde: phenol molar ratio of 1 : 15, and using p-toluenesulfonic acid and anhydrous aluminum chloride as a catalyst, the reaction temperature was 45 ℃, reaction time 4h; trisphenol ethane optimal conditions for phenol and acetylacetone mole ratio of 9:1, and p-toluenesulfonic acid and mercaptopropionic acid as a catalyst, the reaction temperature is 55 º C, the reaction time 4h, the crude product yield 78.41%. Ultimately determine the conditions for the synthesis of bisphenol F easiest.
